Job Requirements

1. Outbound Calls: Telesales Executives typically make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to the company's products or services. They may use scripts to guide conversations, but should also be able to adapt and answer questions.
2. Qualifying Leads: Not every call will result in a sale. Telesales Executives need to be able to identify qualified leads, those who have a need or interest in what the company offers, and focus their efforts on converting those leads into sales.
3. Closing the Deal: Using their communication and persuasion skills, Telesales Executives convince qualified leads to purchase a product or service.
