6. Ensure the work area is properly protected and prepared before cleaning begins.
7. Address customer questions and concerns throughout the cleaning process, providing clear explanations and maintaining a professional demeanor.
8. Inspect completed cleaning jobs to ensure they meet quality standards and customer satisfaction.
