Job Requirements

1. Patient Care:

5. Schedule appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
6. May translate medical terminology between Arabic and English for patients and doctors.
7. Maintain accurate patient records in the medical practice management system.
8. Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
9. Manage the reception area, ensuring it's clean, organized, and welcoming.
10. May handle basic billing and payments.
