Following are the job requirements for Bus Attendant:

Experience:

1-2

Education:

High School Diploma
  1. Student Safety & Supervision: Maintaining order on the bus, enforcing safety rules, and addressing disruptive behavior.
  2. Loading & Unloading: Assisting students getting on and off the bus safely, especially younger children or those with special needs.
  3. Student Needs & Communication: Helping students with boarding passes, disabilities, illnesses, or any other needs that may arise during the ride.
  4. Communication & Reporting: Communicating with the bus driver and school personnel about student behavior, attendance, or any relevant incidents.
  5. Bus Maintenance (Optional): In some cases, helping with basic bus maintenance tasks like checking for cleanliness or reporting any damage.
