Following are the job requirements for Bus Attendant:

Experience:

1-2

Education:

High School Diploma
  1. Safe Boarding & Unloading: Assist passengers on and off, ensuring everyone's safety, especially those with special needs.
  2. Maintain Order: Enforce safety rules, address disruptive behavior, and create a calm environment.
  3. Communication: Communicate clearly with passengers and the driver, relaying messages and keeping everyone informed.
  4. Special Needs Assistance: Help passengers with disabilities, operate lifts and secure wheelchairs. (For school buses, this might include helping young children)
  5. Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe bus environment, sometimes including pre/post trip cleaning.
