4. Technical Troubleshooting: Guiding customers through basic troubleshooting steps for product or service-related issues.
5. Data Entry & Documentation: Recording customer interactions, logging complaints, and updating customer information in databases.
6. Upselling & Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services that might benefit the customer.
