Job Requirements

1. Packing, labeling, and weighing products for shipment or storage 
2. Ensuring all packages are properly sealed and meet company guidelines to prevent damage during shipping 
3. Picking and fulfilling orders based on instructions 
4. Following quality control measures to identify and remove defective items before they reach customers 
5. Using various packing materials like boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and cushioning 
6. Operating equipment like conveyor belts, labeling machines, and sometimes forklifts (depending on the workplace) 
7. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area 
8. Keeping track of inventory and logging materials used 
9. Reporting any problems with packaging materials, machinery, or discrepancies in orders
