Job Requirements

1. Maintain a Safe & Functional Environment: Oversee daily operations to ensure a clean, secure, and well-functioning facility. This may involve coordinating cleaning services, managing waste disposal, and addressing minor maintenance issues.
2. Budget & Project Management: Assist the Facilities Manager with budgeting for supplies and repairs. You might also help manage renovation or improvement projects for the facility.
3. Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and contractors who provide services like cleaning, security, or maintenance. This includes ensuring they meet contractual obligations and complete work efficiently.
4. Administrative Tasks & Reporting: Maintain facility records, track inventory, and prepare reports for the Facilities Manager. You might also handle scheduling for room usage or equipment maintenance.
5. Customer Service & Communication: Act as a point of contact for staff and occupants of the facility, addressing concerns and resolving issues related to the building or grounds.
