3. Maintaining a positive atmosphere: Welcoming members with a smile, being approachable and friendly, and contributing to a positive and encouraging gym environment.
4. Greeting and checking in members: Verifying memberships, answering basic questions about gym policies and procedures, and providing general information on facilities and equipment.
5. Offering basic guidance on equipment usage: Demonstrating proper form for simple exercises on weight machines or cardio equipment, and answering questions related to their safe and effective use.
6. Providing basic fitness advice: Sharing basic tips on workout routines, warm-up and cool-down exercises, and promoting healthy exercise habits within the limitations of their role.
