  2. Customer Service Star: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and keeping passengers informed about flight schedules and gate changes.
  3. Logistics Leader: Ensure efficient loading and unloading of baggage and cargo onto airplanes.
  4. Safety Specialist: Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe environment for passengers and crew.
  5. Team Player: Collaborate with airlines, security personnel, and other ground staff to ensure a seamless operation for all arriving and departing flights.
