Job Requirements

1. Plan and lead a variety of fitness classes, often specializing in a particular format like spin, yoga, or HIIT
2. Structure each class with a proper warm-up, workout portion, and cool-down to ensure a safe and effective workout for all fitness levels 
3. Demonstrate exercises clearly and provide proper instructions, including modifications for beginners or those with injuries 
4. Motivate and encourage participants throughout the class to maintain their intensity and keep them engaged 
5. Tailor exercises to cater to participants with different fitness levels, abilities, and any limitations . This might involve offering modifications or progressions.
6. Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing proper form and following safety guidelines
