Experience:

Education:

Bachelors
  1. Ensuring exceptional guest stays by maintaining high cleaning and maintenance standards for the properties
  2. Responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests before, during, and after their stay 
  3. Resolving any guest issues or complaints efficiently and professionally .
  4. Potentially developing and implementing guest loyalty programs to encourage repeat bookings 
  5. Overseeing the advertising and marketing of the holiday homes to maximize occupancy rates .
  6. Setting competitive rental rates based on market research and property features.
  7. Managing the booking process, including online platforms and reservations 
  8. Coordinating logistics for guest arrivals and departures, including key handover and cleaning services
