Job Requirements

1. Front Desk Agents: The first point of contact for many guests, they handle check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, room assignments, key management, and addressing guest inquiries.
2. Concierges: Act as information hubs, assisting guests with recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, events, and making reservations or bookings for them.
3. Bellhops/Porters: Assist guests with luggage transportation, parking needs, and room deliveries.
4. Housekeepers: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, ensuring hygiene and guest comfort. They may also replenish toiletries and linens.
5. Laundry Attendants: Launder bedsheets, towels, and other linens used in guest rooms and hotel facilities.
