Project Responsibilities:

1. Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and Gantt charts.
2. Budgeting and Cost Control: Track project expenses, manage invoices, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
3. Resource Management: Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
4. Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate potential risks and issues.
5. Communication: Facilitate clear and timely communication between all project parties.
6. Product Research and Sourcing: Identify and select furniture, finishes, materials, and equipment.
7. Order Management: Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure product quality.
8. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely material availability.
9. Site Management: Oversee installation and construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
10. Quality Control: Inspect work for quality and adherence to design standards.
11. Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
12. Meeting Facilitation: Organize and lead project meetings, taking notes and action items.
13. Reporting: Prepare project reports for clients and management.
