Using the main control room, operate the PLC-SCADA. must keep watch and make notes throughout the entire shift.
Visual inspection of each reactor while the process is underway, and reporting of any irregularities to the production executive.
After the batch has been finished, flushing and washing the reactors. & prior to beginning the following batch of the product or a transition.
Tightening the manholes and hand holes of the reactors whenever necessary and before commencing the batch.
Charging all RMs to reactors in accordance with procedure and verification via PLC SCADA trends.
To rigorously adhere to the SOP-specified process parameters.
When any utility started to the reactors, it was checked to see if everything was operating as it should.
