Job Requirements

1. Transaction Processing: Recording financial transactions by entering data into accounting software and posting journal entries.
2. Financial Statements & Reports: Assisting with the preparation of financial statements (like balance sheets and income statements) and reports for various stakeholders.
3. Account Management: Updating accounts receivable and payable, which involves tasks like sending invoices and processing bills.
4. Reconciliations: Ensuring the accuracy of financial records by comparing accounts and identifying discrepancies.
5. Month-End/Year-End Close: Assisting senior accountants with closing the books at the end of each month and year. This involves finalizing accounts and preparing financial statements.
