Following are the job requirements for Maintenance Technician:

Experience:

1-2

Education:

High School Diploma
  1. Regularly inspecting buildings, equipment, and machinery to identify potential problems and ensure everything is in good working order.
  2. Performing preventive maintenance tasks as outlined in schedules and manuals (lubrication, filter changes, etc.)
  3. Troubleshooting malfunctions and breakdowns in various systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
  4. Repairing faulty equipment and systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
  5. Replacing worn-out parts and components to maintain functionality.
  6. In some cases, installing new equipment or machinery.
