Job Requirements

1.  This includes providing nutritious meals and snacks, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and attending to basic needs like hygiene, dressing, and toileting.
2. Plan and carry out stimulating activities that promote intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development. This may involve playing games, reading stories, singing songs, doing arts and crafts, or taking them on outings.
3.  Set clear expectations and boundaries for behavior, using positive reinforcement and gentle redirection techniques to encourage appropriate behavior.
4.  Observe children for any signs of illness or developmental concerns, and communicate any issues to parents promptly.
