Job Requirements

1. Daily Living Activities (ADLs): Assist patients with bathing, dressing, eating, using the restroom, and moving around.
2. Monitoring & Reporting: Take vital signs like temperature and blood pressure, and report any concerning changes to nurses.
3. Patient Comfort: Help create a comfortable environment, respond to call lights, and address patient requests.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient care, including vital signs, meals, and medication administration (under supervision).
5. Infection Control: Follow strict hygiene protocols to prevent the spread of infection.
