Job Requirements

Sending appointment reminders and confirmations.Ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring smooth operation of equipment.Preparing presentations or reports (formatting, printing, etc.).Assisting with travel arrangements for the office (booking flights, hotels, etc.) - not as common for all office assistantsSome office assistants may provide basic IT support, troubleshooting minor computer issues Depending on the company culture, they might also help with some social tasks like coordinating office lunches or events.
