Job Requirements

1. Setting up machines for production: This involves following specific procedures to prepare the machine for operation, such as loading paper rolls, adjusting settings for different paper grades, and ensuring proper functioning of all components.
2. Operating and monitoring the machine: Starting the machine, observing its performance, and making necessary adjustments to maintain consistent paper quality, production speed, and efficient operation.
3. Monitoring control panels and instruments: Keeping a watchful eye on gauges, alarms, and other indicators to identify potential issues like equipment malfunctions, quality deviations, or production stoppages.
4. Responding to machine problems: Troubleshooting minor issues affecting the machine's operation, taking corrective actions to address problems, and reporting major issues to maintenance personnel.
