Following are the job requirements for Real Estate Manager:

Experience:

2-5 Years

Education:

High School Diploma
  1.  Advertising vacant spaces, screening tenants, negotiating and finalizing lease agreements, managing tenant onboarding and move-in processes, collecting rent, enforcing lease terms, addressing tenant concerns, and handling lease renewals or evictions.
  2.  Overseeing property maintenance, scheduling inspections, coordinating with contractors and vendors for repairs and renovations, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and building codes, and managing maintenance budgets.
  3.  Supervising cleaning crews, landscaping services, and security personnel, ensuring the overall cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the property.
