Following are the job requirements for Restaurant Manager:

Experience:

1-2 Years

Education:

High School Diploma
  1. Overseeing both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations: This includes ensuring smooth workflow, resolving bottlenecks, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
  2. Staff management: Hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and leading staff. Conducting performance reviews and addressing any issues.
  3. Inventory and supply management: Ordering and maintaining optimal stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies to minimize waste and control costs.
  4. Restaurant upkeep and maintenance: Ensuring proper functioning of equipment, addressing sanitation needs, and overseeing any necessary repairs.
  5. Compliance with regulations: Staying up-to-date on and adhering to health and safety codes, licensing requirements, and food safety regulations.
