Job Requirements

1. Staff Leadership & Training: Oversee the wait staff, kitchen staff, and other restaurant personnel, delegate tasks, and provide coaching and training opportunities.
2. Customer Service Champion: Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving any issues or complaints promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
3. Restaurant Operations: Manage the daily flow of the restaurant, including seating arrangements, taking reservations, and ensuring smooth transitions between meal periods.
4. Quality Control & Inventory: Maintain high food and beverage quality standards, oversee inventory control, and manage ordering of supplies to avoid stockouts.
5. Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, ensure a clean and sanitary environment, and address any safety concerns.
