Following are the job requirements for Roadside Technician :

Experience:

2-5 Years

Education:

High School Diploma
  1. Providing prompt and courteous service to vehicle owners in stressful situations.
  2. Communicating effectively with customers to understand problems, explain solutions, and manage expectations.
  3. Maintaining a professional and positive demeanor throughout interactions.
  4. Diagnosing common automotive problems through visual inspection, diagnostic tools, and customer information.
  5. Performing on-site repairs for issues like flat tires, dead batteries, minor electrical problems, and lockouts.
  6. Recommending further repairs or towing services when necessary.
  7. Ensuring repairs are completed correctly, safely, and according to manufacturer specifications.
