6. Creating and maintaining work schedules.
7. Delegating tasks and ensuring staff follows operational procedures.
8. Providing staff training on shisha preparation, customer service, and safety regulations.
9. Maintaining stock of shisha flavors, coals, and other supplies.
10. Ensuring shisha is prepared hygienically and following best practices.
11. Conducting quality checks on shisha setups to guarantee customer satisfaction
12. Keeping up-to-date knowledge of shisha menu offerings and pricing.
13. Explaining menu items and recommending flavor combinations to customers.
14. Understanding and adhering to all local and national laws regarding shisha sales and consumption (e.g., age restrictions).
