Job Requirements

1. Safety First: Enforcing safety regulations and procedures is paramount. This involves regular site inspections, identifying and eliminating hazards, and ensuring workers follow safety protocols.
2. Crew Leadership & Delegation: Supervising and motivating construction crews, including assigning tasks, ensuring quality workmanship, and addressing any performance issues.
3. Project Management: Coordinating project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met, and keeping projects within budget. This may involve managing material deliveries, equipment availability, and labor schedules.
4. Communication Hub: Acting as a central point of communication between workers, subcontractors, project managers, architects, and engineers. They relay information, address concerns, and ensure everyone is on the same page.
5. Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate site records, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress reports. They may also prepare budgets and cost estimates.
6. Quality Control: Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets project specifications and building codes
