Job Requirements

As a Teacher Assistant in Dubai, your primary responsibility is to support the lead teacher in creating an effective and efficient learning environment for students. You will work closely with the teacher to prepare lesson plans, grade papers, manage student behavior, and provide individualized attention to students who need extra help. In many cases, you will also assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and communication with parents.

One of the most important aspects of being a Teacher Assistant is establishing positive relationships with students.
