Job Requirements

1. Research and identify potential customers: You may assist with tasks like finding contact information for potential leads, or utilizing lead generation tools to create targeted lists.
2. Qualify leads: You might perform initial lead qualification, contacting potential customers to gauge their interest and determine if they're a good fit for the company's offerings. This frees up the Telesales Reps to focus on qualified leads with a higher chance of conversion.
3. Schedule appointments: You might be responsible for scheduling appointments between qualified leads and Telesales Representatives.
4. Data entry and CRM management: Keeping the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system up-to-date is important. You might enter customer data, track interactions, and update lead statuses.
5. Prepare sales materials: You could be tasked with preparing sales presentations or other collateral that the Telesales Reps will use during their calls.
