Job Requirements

1. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Accountants prepare financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) to analyze a company's financial health, profitability, and cash flow. 2. Recordkeeping & Transactions: They meticulously record financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses) in the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
3. Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts (bank statements, credit cards) to identify and rectify any discrepancies, safeguarding the company's financial assets.
4. Month-End Close & Closing Procedures: Assist with month-end closing procedures, a crucial process to finalize accounts and ensure timely financial reporting.
