Job Requirements

At Arabian Cement Company, we are looking for an Accountant with the following job description:

1. Checks invoices for accuracy and assigns the correct vendor code.
2. Inputs invoice information into the SAP Accounts Payable system in order to generate a payment voucher.
3. Performs the 3-way match and identifies any discrepancies.
4. Obtains service invoice approval and validates against contract requirements.
5. Effectively communicates any invoice discrepancies to suppliers and/or procurement staff.
6. Monitor and report on the daily bank position from various bank accounts.
7. Respond to and follow up on customer complaints.
8. Assist in the preparation of daily and monthly customer statement reports.
9. Monitor and handle auditor requirements.
10. Monitor and report on the daily bank position from various bank accounts.
