Job Requirements

Baristas are the coffee crafters who brew and serve up delicious drinks, often in coffee shops or cafes. Their responsibilities can be broken down into four main areas:

1. Operating coffee machines: This includes grinding beans, operating espresso machines, and brewing various coffee drinks according to recipes.
2. Preparing other beverages: Baristas may also prepare and serve iced coffees, teas, cold brew, hot chocolate, and other specialty drinks.
