Following are the job requirements for Junior level Accountant / Admin:

Experience:

1-2

Education:

Bachelors
  1. Transaction Processing: Entering and coding financial data into accounting software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles.
  2. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Processing vendor invoices, customer payments, and maintaining accounts receivable and payable ledgers.
  3. Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
  4. Financial Reporting: Assisting senior accountants with preparing reports such as general ledgers, trial balances, and income statements.
  5. Data Entry & Spreadsheets: Updating financial spreadsheets and databases to maintain accurate financial records.
