Job Requirements

1. Strategic planning: KAMs work with clients to develop strategic account plans that outline how the company can help the client achieve their goals. This may involve identifying new business opportunities, developing customized solutions, and negotiating contracts.
2. Account management: KAMs oversee the day-to-day management of their accounts. This includes ensuring that clients are satisfied with the company's products and services, resolving any issues that arise, and keeping clients informed about new developments.
3. Business development: KAMs are also responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within their existing accounts. This may involve cross-selling or up-selling additional products and services.
4. Reporting and analysis: KAMs track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the health and progress of their accounts. They also stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform their strategic decision-making.
5. Collaboration: KAMs collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer service) to ensure that clients have a seamless experience.
