Job Requirements

1. Greeting and assisting customers: Approaching customers on the floor, welcoming them to the store, and understanding their needs and preferences.
2. Showcasing and recommending jewelry: Demonstrating the features and benefits of various jewelry pieces, recommending suitable options based on customer preferences, budget, and occasion.
3. Providing product knowledge: Possessing a strong understanding of different gemstones, materials, metals, and design styles used in jewelry to answer customer questions and educate them about the products.
4. Negotiating and closing sales: Engaging in persuasive communication, addressing customer concerns, handling objections, and negotiating prices ethically to close sales successfully.
5. Processing transactions: Operating cash registers or POS systems, processing payments accurately, and following proper procedures for gift wrapping and handling customer inquiries after purchase.
