Job Requirements

Telesales Executives, also sometimes called Telemarketers, are the driving force behind generating sales leads and revenue over the phone. Their responsibilities can be categorized into three main areas:

1. Prospecting: This involves identifying and researching potential customers who might be interested in the company's products or services.
2. Outbound calling: Telesales Executives make a high volume of outgoing calls to introduce themselves, the company, and the offerings to potential customers. They aim to pique interest and convert these prospects into paying customers.
3. Qualifying leads: Not all leads are created equal. Telesales Executives ask questions to assess a prospect's needs and budget to determine if they are a good fit for the product or service. Qualified leads are then passed on to the sales team for further follow-up.
4. Upselling and cross-selling: During conversations, Telesales Executives may also try to upsell existing customers on higher-tier products or services, or cross-sell them on additional products that complement their initial purchase.
