Job Requirements

Waiters play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for customers. Their responsibilities can be broken down into three main areas: providing excellent customer service, taking and fulfilling orders, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

1. Greet customers warmly and seat them at tables.
2. Present menus and answer questions about menu items, specials, and ingredients.
3. Offer recommendations and personalize the dining experience.
4. Check in with customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
5. Address any concerns or problems promptly and professionally.
6. Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers, using a POS system, order slips, or memorization.
7. Relay orders clearly to the kitchen staff.
8. Deliver food and beverages to the correct tables in a timely manner.
9. Ensure food is presented well and meets customers' expectations.
10. Refill drinks and water as needed.
11. Present the bill and process payments accurately.
