Being fluent in multiple languages is an advantage as it enables them to communicate with people from diverse cultural backgrounds who visit Dubai every year. Good verbal skills are crucial in diffusing tense situations or assisting tourists who may find themselves lost or confused. Security guards must possess strong interpersonal skills that allow them to establish trust and build relationships not only with fellow team members but also with members of law enforcement agencies they collaborate with on occasion.
