Following are the job requirements for Site Supervisor:

Experience:

2-5

Education:

High School Diploma
  1. Safety & Compliance: Overseeing the site to ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes, preventing accidents and injuries.
  2. Crew Management: Leading and motivating construction workers and subcontractors, delegating tasks, and ensuring quality workmanship.
  3. Project Progress & Quality: Monitoring construction progress against deadlines and plans, inspecting work quality, and addressing any issues.
  4. Logistics & Materials: Coordinating the ordering and delivery of construction materials, equipment, and managing their use on-site.
  5. Communication & Reporting: Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders, providing regular progress reports, and addressing concerns.
