Job Requirements

Plant operators play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of various industrial facilities, including power plants, chemical plants, oil refineries, and manufacturing units. Their responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, categorized into several key areas

1. Operating plant machinery and equipment: This involves controlling machines and processes according to established procedures and parameters, ensuring they function properly and efficiently. This may involve operating boilers, pumps, valves, reactors, and other equipment specific to the plant.
2. Monitoring plant operations: Closely observing gauges, dials, alarms, and other indicators to monitor various process parameters like temperature, pressure, flow rate, and product quality.
